There is no way Max would be able to do a whole broadcast without dropping at least 3 F bombs and that is on his best behavior. Have you ever seen him on a podcast?

Also we already have a guy, his name is Craig.

    /thread.

This is exactly the point I made when someone suggested Calvin be the one to replace Bill, in another thread. When you have 2 color guys (Max and Bull or Calvin and Bull), there's going to be a LOT of dead air and awkward silence.

Imagine Mark Jackson saying "HAND DOWN, MAN DOWN" for 2 straight hours without Breen there to act as a stabilizing force, and that's what you'd get with only 2 color guys.

I'd watch the games more just to hear Max.

I love Bill, but I was ready for a change. If he drops F bombs who cares. I don't really care. The damn team is scraping the bottom right now anyway.

lol. it's true. the play by play guy is going to be someone we (probably) haven't heard of before. They're not picked for their personalities as much as for their steady presence and their tone of voice.

Mad Max should be representing us at the draft, and he should take over for Clyde Drexler as the color commentator because Bullard and Craig are the most cheesy, corny, boring dudes of all time. (Good guys though)

I just thought of this after watching another one of his rants, would be absolutely insane and I'd love every minute of it.

    pass...

Max will always have a place in my heart...

but he deserted us at the most critical juncture - i cant forgive that...

Had he been cool about it back in the day - then by all means... but actions gotta have consequences...

Did Worrell ever do side gigs? Narrate some series? That iconic voice is irreplaceable.
