There's a reason they called him Mad Max. A guy like that will give your team some edge, especially with Vernon's offensive and defensive skills. Occasionally, though, they'll do something that threatens to open up a hole in the bottom of your boat. We dodged a bullet when Max's '95 playoff temper tantrum didn't sink us. Still love the guy, though. He played with heart.
If someone asked for a video that perfectly describes the type of guy Vernon Maxwell was, this would be it. He's the only guy with the balls to walk into the stands, shove the hell out of a fan and then walk back down and sit down like nothing happened.
