Brian -- I generally credit the President with the successes and failures of those he chooses to be in his administration. Sort of a "the buck stops here" approach! If Richard Nixon was fortunate enough to get Kissinger to accept the offer to work for his administration, then he gets to at least share in the credit for the work of Kissinger. Agreed that Kissinger was awesome! Obviously the President has to make appointments to carry out his vision. ------------------
