Wow, that scared, well...nobody. So, now you're conceding that it is indeed illegal for a team to give our salary info, yet you're claiming that they did? Explain to me again why an NBA GM would violate league policy just to respond to a media request? I'm sure that there's some believable scenario where Morey would do that...I just can't think of any. What media outlet did you claim to be with when you filed the media request.

You want to send it to David Stern, then go for it. I'm sure Mr. Stern would enjoy speaking with you. Be sure to tell him that I said "hi". Make sure you let us know what he says, because I have no doubt that he'll be as responsive to you as Morey and the PR department were. Heck, while you're at it go ahead and ask him what Scola's salary really is. That can help us decide which of your first two versions were correct.

I do apologize for endagering the Rockets by pointing out league rules. I'm sure that without me, the NBA wouldn't be aware of what's in the CBA. I truely hope that I haven't doomed the future of the teams by tipping the league off as to what it's rules are.

    Nike,

Thanks for the info. I was feeling pretty bad about not knowing about the real CBA, but luckily I contacted the Pope and he said that I was forgiven. I feel much better now.
