Who cares we dont have the pieces that fit anyway. Why pay that thing. Id rather we purchase our way up the draft with the savings.
I might make it my mission to be contrary to your posts. Currently the Rockets are number 10 in the NBA in terms of spending. Yup, that means only 9 teams pay more than we do, and that margin isn't by much. But hey, keep screaming Zebra.
Welcome back to the team. Our fan base was genuinely concerned for whether Mr. Alexander could afford the best caviar this evening. I'm so happy so happy he gets to save enough so he can afford his $20 million apartment while his $50 million apartment remains on the market. #prayforles
because the rockets want all the handicaps for being a tax paying team in free agency when they want as much cap available to them for 3 max contracts.
Why are people complaining about the team trying to avoid the tax in a season that is obviously a failure? "OMGherd, Les doesn't want to spend more money on a disappointing investment!" If they were avoiding it in a season where we were actually competing, then I'd understand. It's an irrational complaint at this point.
It's not that they cut some players, it's that they desperately tried to get rid of 80% of the roster. What kind of message does it send to players? Fans?
Damn it, I want to take my words back. Players deserve to get the kind of message Les is sending, except for DMo.
