I totally see its value as a business tool, and my employer can pay for whatever it wants :D. I had a friend (works at Blockbuster) tell me he's getting a Blackberry, and I'm like...why?

Hah hah! Famous last words. I felt the exact same way. My boss ordered me to get one last summer. Best thing he ever did. If you depend on email, are out of the office a lot and get a Blackberry, you will wonder why it took you so long. It will make an incredible difference. If you text on a regular basis, the Blackberry is awesome.

Let us all know when you get one and how great it is.

So, if I get the iPhone at the now-reduced price of $399, I'll be in the clear? Whew.

I just got a Sprint Mogul. After rebates it'll be around 75 bucks.

It's hella sweet. Well worth the price diff of the Moto Q.

I spent 700 bux on my phone already.. and i think it's worth it.

it's a sony ericsson k790a which takes place of my gps, mp3, camera, radio, oh.. and phone. It's great cuz you always have a camera with you and it's not like those cheap regular camera phones.

    K790a

phone (3.2mpixel camera with xenon flash, mp3 player with FM radio):400$
1g flash mem: 80$ at the time
    gps blooth: 100$
    gps software:100$

and i use to to read my email.

I'm tellin' you guys again go for the W810i from Sony Ericsson..

I absolutely love mine... and now they are very inexpensive. A highly over-looked phone IMO.

Sweet phone. Walkman w/movies... camera still/video... games, web browser (I've posted here with it more than a few times)... Plus you can download the free theme creator program from Sony Ericsson's website and make cool Rockets themes, etc... I have a self-made Texans one on mine now... ;)

I'm guessing it doesn't flip open to reveal a keyboard?

Nope. I like my texting simple anyway. With all of the other bells and whistles on it, and considering the current pricing options.. it's still a great phone.

About the size of their old T616 (Cingular) or T610 (T-Mobile) but way more loaded with features... 2 MP camera, ear buds... Expandable memory stick duo (up to 8 gig currently -my 2 gig holds 1500 pictures or like 150 songs... I held a full movie on my half gig) Anyway... to answer your question see the first word in this reply. :)

You like your texting simple? How simpler can it get than with a keyboard? Anyway, if it had a keyboard, I'd be all over it. The white one looks sweeeeet.

Kinda bein' sarcastic, I was. I don't need the keyboard personally... I have a laptop for that. I only use texting for short stuff, like "ok" "will do" or my templates that I added "I will call as soon as I have a moment" -stuff like that.

And I use the gmail mobile app just to read my mail, I can wait to get to the desktop or laptop to email stuff.

But yes, the white looks sweet. There are several other colors available online, or at least the cases... like on ebay, etc.

I have the one pictured.. I have an awesome Rockets theme that kinda matches the whole phone... and I'm a ringtone hog, so I can't love the bluetooth file exchange enough!
