If we had 2 more like him our record would be 11-3 not 3-11. Looking around the league there are so many teams that have good, young athletes and another couple of Luthers is what this team needs.

Sports experts would have never predicted that these rookies would have been able to produce so quickly. Channing Frye? he got a lot of hate over the summer, and no one thought Brown would play him (makes Darko look really bad). Head was also ignored. Goes to show that they are there more for entertainment more than actual analysis and prediction.

Had Frye been drafted by that Detroit team, he wouldn't have played either.

Totally agree. A line with those 3 playing (that's playing, not being injured our fouling out) could be really dangerous. I'm excited to see how that works out. Thanks for finding that silver lining on a black cloud of injuries.

If he continues to play longer minutes and hit those 3's, he's no doubt close to getting the Rookie of the Year award.

I think it's very cool that our #24 pick (Luther) is presently ranked one better than the #1 pick overall (Andrew Bogut). :D

Luther is shaping up to be a great pick. He will only get better with the playing time he is getting.

My goal for Luther is for him to get heavy rotation minutes, either the 1st guard off the bench or a starter.

I'd like him to start in the rookie soph game.

Finally i'd like him to be in the top 5 for rookie of the year. If he can go from the bottom of the first round to rookie of the year debate.

Also looking hopefully ahead, wouldn't a backcourt of V-Span and Head be pretty good. Head can play the 2 and guard the 1 and vice versa. If we can get a decent big man in next years draft we could have head, v-span ( i really think he will play and contribute next year)

but i'm getting ahead of myself. Head should only improve playing with Tmac and i hope to see it soon.

Hadn't even considered the rookie/sophomore game. Good point; I'd like to see that, as well.
