Heat are much better than I thought. We'll have to see how Wade holds up the entire year but seems like they made some brilliant moves.

    Chandler clearly misses Lin.

He'll get it eventually, but right now, that 1-9 shooting seems like a repeating storyline.

    Deng > Lebron.

    Lebron is the black Parsons

The fact that the Mavs went after Deng first and struck out has to make Cuban sour

Slightly OT, but should we have gone after Deng in the offseason? Would he have been a good fit on our team?

Ariza is a better shooter, Defense about the same. Ariza is also cheaper. I wouldn't have been opposed to Deng either.

Agreed. Dang (Deng) is a good fit on every playoff team, contending team.

A solid 2 way player that comes at a price 11-12 million a yeaer

For tonight at least, Chandler Parsons is the one selling counterfeit goods out back.

Seriously, can we just ignore Parsons? We're all so butthurt about him leaving, that's exactly what he wants!

You guys are asking for bad karma. Worry less about parsons and more about Ariza.
You guys are chalking up his performance against the warriors as a bad game. I'm telling you Ariza is going to struggle after the hot start. Did you see him try and score right underneath the bucket??? He's shook. And I am concerned.

Parsons defense has been consistently terrible early this season. Couple bad defense at SG and limited defense at the 4, and you have serious nagging issues. Dallas is experiencing what Houston did last year with Harden/Parsons/Lin.... 3 bad and inconsistent defenders on the court.

But his defense isn't shook, something Parsons does not have. And it's not like Ariza is some rookie. He is a vet and will get over a shooting slump. His average is still above 40% from 3.
