Apparently, Purple Teletubby would be more apt.

Anyone else notice scolas fire is rubbing off on yao. loved the chest bumping between the two?. i loved watching big yao getting excited after destroying gasol and gay. when yao becomes fired up , he is one of the best players. aggressive yao= a thing of beauty.

I've been a big fan since we got Scola. The dude is going to force Adelman to start him. We could really use that passion and heady play from the start of the game. And to think he'll just get better. Those who doubted whether he could board should be whimpering in a corner, begging for forgiveness... he brings it! Already, he's one of the best we have on the offensive glass. I was on my feet yelling at the tube while the crowd was standing and cheering during the sequence you mentioned, DD, that we all remember. Rolling around on the floor, fighting for the ball, and tackling the Grizz who finally got it may have ended up with a foul, but I loved it.

    Viva Scola!!!

Scola has been shooting a good % all season long. The Rocket's just need to make more of a point to look for him offensively. He can score 20 points one night, and only get 2 shots the next. His problem of course is his defense and being foul prone. He is averaging 6.1 fouls per 48 minutes, and still has some adjusting to do to the NBA game. If we are getting him regular shots he can help us alot. If he is getting less than 5 shots then you might as well have Hayes in there.

I love this guy, exactly what the Rockets need: besides TMac and Yao, one of the real bright spots. He should be starting, obviously.

some fellow female friends tend to disagree. they seem to find him attractive. i on the other hand could care less, as long as he plays good.

You know what I love most about that picture...

the subtly of having him pictured on the Spurs court in a Rockets uniform! ;)

I hope we see more chest bumping from him!

I also loved the way the guy went after that loose ball, diving on the ground, reaching across a guys body, then tripping up the PG to stop the break.

    FRICKEN AWESOME !!!

We need more guys who care this much and can inspire the others to up their energy level.

    More SCOLA please.

It was a nice energy play, but I don't think he stopped any break with it. He and one of their players were on the floor still, and the Rockets were back. It amounted to a defensive foul on the Rockets end of the court, which is usually considered a no-no. In this case, it might have helped pump up the team a bit so he gets a pass.
