i've said beefore, i have seen him in my parent's neighborhood of Shadow Creek Ranch in Pearland at the SW corner of 288 and the Beltway so Gulfgate is not really that from from there.
yeah i've lived close to that area pretty much my whole life too.. we used to go to Gulfgate Mall all the time.. that place was the worst mall in Houston.. looks a lot better now with the new outlets
