an absolute class act. I will root for him matter where he goes. Hope he lands with a contendar. No one deserves a real chance at a ring more Han Scola!!! Maybe someday soon we will be that contendar and we can bring him HOME and we can help each other get that ring.

Andray Blatche still hasn't been even been amnestied yet and he sucks AND gets booed by his own fans. Scola on the other hand gets amnestied as a solid contributor and fan favorite.

However rational this move may be for the here and now, the Rockets still end up with egg on their face after this. Losing a player like Scola for nothing.

Luis' game, overtime, drove me insane. I grew to hate his style of play. But, with that said, I appreciated his effort, loved that he accepted being a Rocket so openly, and never questioned his passion for the game. With him, Hayes, and Lowry gone - I'm not sure we have any players that give a damn (Parsons and the rookies are too immature right now).

He could be special for a team. 20 and 10 in Phoenix, help get the Spurs to the finals, allow the Bulls to amnesty Boozer. He'll make an impact somewhere.

I hate floppers and Luis was one, but he's still one of my favorite Rockets in recent times for his work ethic and for the fact he doesn't seem to b**** and gripe. He seems like a classy guy. Hopefully Morey doesn't just pat him on the back and let him go. Give the man a damn iPad, Morey. Geez.

...but seriously, good luck to Luis. I like the guy and wish him the absolute best. Wish we could keep him on our team, but I'm down for the obtain a star at all cost pursuit.

One of my favorite Rockets of all time. Has the slickest post moves in the NBA with the athleticism of the town drunk. Not to mention, with that neck beard he looked like the town drunk.

But he could still ball. Long Live Luis!

That list made me laugh. Thorpe was EASILY the best forward on that list in a Rockets Jersey. Barkley was already way out of shape and over the hill by the time he came to Houston and Horry was only good. Thorpe was a MAN.

Scola and Barkley were better than Thorpe period and Carroll Dawson obviously agreed with me.

Luis was a great Rocket. He will be forever missed. As a fellow Argentine, I loved him even more.
