"Easier" is a tough word to use. The number of "smart" people applying may decrease as a result of a better economy however the number of applications will never decrease. I also can't see the numbers (LSAT/GPA) decreasing...it should level off after a sharp increase but it will never be like it was 5 years ago. Kinda like gas prices.

if you're short on time, focus your efforts on the logic games. i recall kaplan and princeton review both reported solid statistics showing that students gain most in that category. that was certainly true for me. once you learn the technique, you get much better scores.

Sweet, definitely will do that. Thanks for the advice, Rileydog. :)

Can we get an idea of how many practice tests you guys took before the LSAT?

I did that entire book of tests. This is the method that worked for me.

Take Test One under NO time pressure at all but completely COLD. Do NOT study for it.

Next take one under actual time conditions, but again without studying. This will give you a BASE score. You can track your improvement from here. During the first two test the logic will seem completely... well ILLOGICAL. Don't panic and don't cheat by looking at the Bible yet.

Next start studying the logic games book. Do it all. Completely. Don't take a test under conditions until you are done unless it suggests to do so.

Then Take a test under test conditions using what you have learned with the LOGIC Bible. This will make you feel a hundred times better because you will be able to recognize which games are level one / balanced games and which are level two and three and unbalanced. You will know looking at it that this will one will be easy and take me 5 minutes, these will be harder and take longer. Your score should also jump up a lot while your time to do the sections will go down.
