This is kinda off subject but still relevant. I subscribe to Directv and last year went down to the lowest package which does not include ESPN. The main reason I haven't been able to cut the cord is because of sports and children's contents. At first, I missed it a lot because I wanted to watch MNF and some NBA games. But then I thought I'm paying around $10 extra per month just to watch a few game. $10 is not much but you also get taxed on that amount so it becomes $15 or so. Slowly though, I'm not finding the need for cable/satellite anymore. I subscribed to LP this year and so far so good. I don't get the Root sports half time and after game show but I can live with that.
