The fact that Kyle was not even a starter at the start of the 2010-2011 season makes 66 pretty good.

He will take another leap up the rankings after his next season.

Anything outside maybe the top 25 is a bunch of guesswork designed just to fill space during a very dull period.

All of the Houston Rockets players should be in the top 15 players in the league. Anything less and the writers need to get bent.

I really don't agree with Brandon Jennings being ahead of Kyle Lowry

I wouldn't read ANYTHING into ESPN's list. It is quite literally based on a bunch of writers getting asked to assign a 0-to-10 grade to every player in the league.

It's complete BS. I mean, yeah, I'm following it anyways because I'm starved for anything NBA, but it's not worth getting offended or excited over.

It is sort of like programmers at 2K giving ratings to players.

BJ (yes, I'm going to call him BJ) was the only real offense on his team and shot under 40% and averaged less assists than KLow despite the Adelman system hurting Lowry's assist numbers.

And then there is something called defense.

It's because he's only had one good season so far, one more and he'll will be considered right behind the elite PGs. I think he looked better than Rondo last season. Rondo might get more assists but you put Lowry on that team he's not too far behind him in that category and I'd rather have Lowry taking a shot for my team any day than Rondo.

Chill man, he hasn't exactly started enough games to prove himself a long term commodity. Plus, writers are lazy people too. They'll never do the in-depth research that fans of a team will do. Just be happy that Kyle's starting numbers are on par with some of the best PGs in the NBA.

why not just use nba2k12 ratings, they are more realistic than any bspn crap.

Lowry is way better than Jennings its not even a question.

Lowry is a top 10 PG at this point

He has to prove it. Lots of players wrecked havoc for a season, before scouting helps defenses render them useless. If Lowry continues to showcase his much improved shooting for the entirety of the upcoming season and teams take notice and plan to contain him, then we will truly see if he sinks or swims. I personally think a guy like Lowry will rise to the challenge. He simply has too big of a chip on his shoulders and stubbornness to ever just roll over and die.
