How can he if he doesn't even know what offensive or defensive system our coaches will run?

I think he just means to play some basketball and keep practiced. Don't take it so literally.

A camp is better than no camp at all.

Mostly he explained how he rose from the hell hole that is Philadelphia to become a great human being beloved by geeks like Morey and how he games the system to optimize his advanced stats and push out Aaron Brooks.

I love players who always had to prove themselves at every level who keep improving beyond prediction.

Typically, the people who last the longest are the ones who have to fight and claw their way to each and every goal; not always, but most of the time. They take nothing for granted as they are use to having to fight for everything and once they grab it, they never let it go while still usually starving for more. Think of it as some sort of starving pit bull that has just found his first chicken bone; he is never going to let it go until it is consumed, but you can sure as hell bet now that he has had a taste of that chicken bone, he will always be on the lookout for more bones and more meat.

That's exactly the way I think about Kate Upton! I'm the starving pitbull, remember my first taste of chicken bone, and I'm looking for more and better meat.

That was one of Rudy T's philosophies on acquiring players in the early-mid 90s.
