Lowry's just got to learn how to shoot, espeically the three. I remember Wafer wasn't all that great a 3-point shooter when he was with the Lakers a few years back, but he worked on it and now he's pretty good. If Lowry can get that down, he's definitely our starting PG. He passes better than Brooks and looks for others with his better vision, he's definitely our future starter.
did anyone catch lowry behind kobe, when kobe was at the free throw line talking trash to artest. he was playfully making gun gestures, someone needs to upload this to youtube
I said this in the other thread, but the more I think about it, the more I think the best comparison for him is of a slightly quicker Mark Jackson in his prime. Not a star, but rock solid, and a team leader who just keeps everything together. I'll take that every day. AB is fine as the starter, but I think Lowry will eventually be the starter next year and into the future.
Yes... We need a scorer right now, and Aaron Brooks is that guy. If Tracy was still in the lineup, then Lowry would be the perfect PG. Until then (and don't turn this into a "I hate Tracy" argument), we need that extra guy that can put up points.
