Not sure if Melo would've chosen to play here instead of NY if we landed Amare with Phoenix that year. His wife/gf at the time wanted to live in NY so she could further her career or something. Who knows, but honestly wouldn't have enjoyed having Melo and Amare on the same team without a good point guard and a good coach.. Or how about a good center.. lol
