http://www.nba.com/2012/news/01/12/all-star-ballot-results1/index.html?cid=nba_12_facebook_L Kyle Lowry is 5th in all star voting among guards from the western conference. he is behind Kobe, Cp3, Rubio, Nash, Westbrook. he is about 17,000 votes away from the fourth position (which is Westbook) and has a 27,000 vote lead over the 6th position(Monta Ellis). does Lowry have a chance to make the team?
he might be able to catch up to westbrook(which makes no sense, lowry season>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> westbrook season)
All Yao Ming needs to do is go on twitter and say "Please vote for my old teammates @klow7 and @lscola4 in the all star game!" And boom. Third place. Which still won't be enough to make the team as a starter. But I do think he has a shot as a coach's selection
Westbrook's Turnovers 3.7 per game and his 0.43 Field goal, 0.18 3 point percentage, and his average 5 assists doesn't make him a good FANTASY option, not to say real time option
You guys do realize people vote players in to the all-star game if: a) They are bonefide superstars. b) They are extremely flashy. c) They can dunk. Lol. If it was based on performance Lowry would be in for sure.
If they get Thunder coach Scotty to coach the West, could see him take a look at Westbrook but no way he can overlook what Lowry is doing.
i would love for lowry to make it to the all star game. he deserves it but i think westbrook or nash will take it. nash: 119,000. westbrook:107,000. lowry: 90,725. you can vote everyday so come on fellas. just vote raymond felton or andre miller for the second guard on the west. lol
I'd rather have Rubio on the all star team than lowry to be honest. Rubio will get 20 assists I'm pretty sure
