    Probably a combo of Dwights recommendation and Eto being up their in age to keep up with the position, IMO.

    Strength and conditioning isn't as important as assistant or trainer? Aren't you watching NBA in the last 10 years??? Well, he can be replaced from some of the GSW or Phoenix staffs...
