i'd assume he hooked it cause he saw the offsides guy on the right and tried to push left

They'll lose at some point. I have a feeling West Virginia beats them. Rutgers doesn't throw enough to take advantage of that crappy secondary at WVU and Rutgers won't be able to pressure Pat White like they did Brian Brohm.

Oh yea lets give out a haha to the Louisville player who jumped offsides.

I'm glad too, because if Louisville would have been playing for the national title, that's a joke. They'd get crushed by any of the top 6 teams.

    this is muy sweet.

first ever ranked/ranked game for rutgers and they beat the #3 team (well sorta) in the country, great to see how happy all the rutgers people are.

and stop saying we should respect the conference just because one team in the conference beats another. some more respect for rutgers, but it adds nothing to the big east.

now come on wvu, make sure you beat rutgers.

oh, and UT, really really try to not lose another game. we've got our reprieve, don't screw it up or this means nothing.

I'm happy because of what it means for UT

    ...

but look at what this means to Rutgers. These guys deserve every second of this. It has to feel good after being the laughing stock of the NCAA for so long.

The BCS Gods have spoken!!! A second chance, it was meant to be! Good job Rutgers, it's a big win for the program, and they're moving up. And for all those critics saying an unbeaten Louisville/West Virginia team would deserve a spot in the finals: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Get some courage and get a harder schedule if you want to prove something.

disclaimer: I'm a Florida Gator alumn/homer, and I approved this message.

I'm an UT alumn, but I honestly want to see Rutgers to win in the title game, that would be sweet.

So what does this mean BCS wise.

If Texas wins out, will they play winner of OSU/Mich or will Florida?

per my previous statement in the WV/Louisville thread

Mark my words- Louisville will lose to Rutgers next Thursday night ending their hopes for a BCS title game birth. There is going to be a let down for Lousiville following their win and Rutgers is going to be fired up for the nationally televised game. Rutgers will then lose to WV in the last game of the year on Dec. 2. No team from the Big East will be undefeated going into bowl season- book it.

Florida and Auburn got to lose in order for that to happen. I don't see that happening as much as I'd like to.
