    Does anybody realize how rare this is??? Not the fact that it's a cheerleader, but a ridiculously good looking cheerleader...the internet got a nice Christmas present this year.

    EDIT: Let me clarify; not that she's necessarily hot, but more along the lines that she isn't disgusting.

    I think team only. If she got kicked out of school, IMO she would have a legitimate suit. She didn't break any law. As a cheerleader, she probably signed a morals clause and these pics shattered it.
