Homosexual marriage is different than interracial marriage. A judge can't use the excuse that he's worried on how their kids will grow up knowing they were made by 2 men, without looking clueless.

I'm black and Chinese and my parents marriage dissolved after 19 years. But my mother couldn't have stayed married to anyone else either and that my father stayed with her so long is to his credit.
