If the Rockets are healthy, I'm not sure where Lou fits into the rotation. Harden and CP3 are the starting backcourt. CP3 gets heavy minutes as the backup PG. EG gets heavy minutes backing up both starters. And all 3 are better players than Lou. Obviously with injuries, you'd love to have a guy like Lou on the team. But if the Rockets aren't healthy, they don't have a prayer of beating the Warriors anyway. So it's a moot point. Also, Lou is a free agent this summer and probably would've gone elsewhere.
Lou can score, but he wouldn't be preventing teams from scoring 110 every night, which is this team's real problem at the moment. Superfluous skillset for this team when healthy.
There is no scenario in which he would still be a Rocket, because if he didn't go to the Clippers he would be on the Pacers or Knicks and we would have George or Melo.
If this is a shot at Steph, fine. But Klay is undoubtedly a better defensive player than Harden. You can argue "Klay has the benefit of having energy because he isn't a volume scorer" which may be true, but if you think Harden night in and night out plays better defense than Klay that is ridiculous. Being a Rockets fan doesn't mean you have to be biased in every facet of basketball.
