It's set at a school where 2 elementary students are in charge of the Lost n' Found. Every episode someone loses something and the 2 students go looking for the lost item.....and hilarity ensues...
So, I was thinking about some stuff that was said earlier in the season about not letting Smokey talk to you before killing it. That him speaking keeps it from working. Flocke was able to greet Sayid before he stabbed him so it didn't work. It was suggest that the story was a ruse by Dogen, but MIB said the same thing in Ab Aeterno in regards to killing Jacob so I'm not sure if that whole thing is true or not. On Tuesday, Zoe spoke and it immediately got her killed and it reminded me of that. So then I was wondering if there was anyone still alive on the island who Flocke hasn't spoken to. I know he's talked directly to Jack, Desmond, Sawyer, Kate, Hurley, and Ben. The only one who I don't think has been in the presence of Flocke is Miles. When Smokey attacked the Temple, Miles fled with Ilana, Ben, Sun, and Frank. And they later met up with Jack, Richard, and Hurley. That group eventually split up after Hurley blew up the Black Rock. Miles was in the group that DID NOT go to find Flocke. And the Miles left the barracks before Flocke showed up in the last episode. It makes me wonder if Miles is going to be the one to stab Flocke with that special dagger and ultimately kill him.
The whole "not speaking thing" is just another red herring that means nothing. "It's just chalk on a wall." Jacob is trying to tell you to not microanalyze everything.
I can't see that happening...he's too much of a "side-character", who's sole purpose is to give one-liners and help with the whole dead communicating with the living aspect of LOST. He's also too much of a p***y to pull off such a feat. Rose or Bernard have a better shot at killing the immortal Flocke than cowardly Miles
rose and bernard will seduce him into there tent for a 3some, and miles will in fact sneak in from behind and stab him with a dagger.
njusticeleague — May 18, 2010 — UPDATE: Our video's gotten props from Entertainment Weekly and LOST editor Mark Goldman declared "If you don't think this is the best thing ever, I will fight you." Thanks Losties everywhere! <object width="580" height="360"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/iggE4ImYwyc&hl=en_US&fs=1&border=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/iggE4ImYwyc&hl=en_US&fs=1&border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="580" height="360"></embed></object>
So I was watching the last episode again, and the part where Miles was able to "feel" Alex's body buried in the housing area along with all this talk of how Miles could be the one to kill Smokey, it hit me that maybe Miles will be sort of a middle man? He won't kill Smokey but couldn't he find out HOW to do it? Isn't it possible that he come across Adam and Eve bodies and "speak" to Eve and she could tell him the correct way to kill Smokey since she seems to know all the secrets of this kind of stuff? And while typing that I started to think can Miles speak to dead people who aren't buried or do they have to be buried? Miles seems to be a significant part of this to not be dead yet, knamean? I mean a lot of the main characters are dead but this one side character is still alive...must be for a reason.
I think it's pretty obvious that Hurley is going to pull out a bucket of Cluck's fried chicken and feed it to Flocke, which will lead to Flocke getting a heart attack and Hurley being the savior of the island.
They had this really contrived scene in the last episode: Ben - "Give me your walkie talkies." Widmore - "Why?" Ben - "Because I asked." So Miles is out in the jungle by himself but Ben has a means of contacting him. You know that's going to come into play. It's just like when Jack (or is it Jackob now) randomly picked up a cup at the beach when everything was washing ashore. Likely that Ben is conning Smokey and that Miles is going to factor into his plan somehow.

I am beginning to think that BEN will be a New Smokey. While we worrying about who will be the New Jacob . . . I don't think you can have a Jacob without a Smokey Rocket River
rumors about the finale Spoiler I'm hearing all the Walt rumors now, too. it could have been highly plausible that any secret Walt footage would have been shot during the taping of Season 4 when John Locke visited Walt as Jeremy Bentham. either that or he makes an appearance at the benefit concert. I'm thinking this concert is going to be like the "trial scene" in the final Seinfeld episode, where every single audience member in timeline X is going to be a minor or major player from the LOST universe.
Did anyone watch the modified showing of episode 1 tonight on ABC? They did it where little notes were displayed at the bottom of the screen that explained things about the story that have been revealed all the way up to the latest episode. I've only seen part of it so far but I've seen every episode and things that I hadn't put together until watching this and reading the notes are: - The Island's healing powers are caused by the electromagnetic pockets that can heal paralysis and cancer. - Only the Island's protector can "see the heart of the Island" .....I stopped watching after 10 minutes haha, but I'll probably rewatch this tomorrow before the finale to make sure I'm aware of every little thing LOST wants us to know by now
