Maybe in an ironic twist, once he left the island (which gave him the ability to walk again) he lost his legs.
I had thought of that, which is one reason I asked the question. I was curious to see if anyone else came up with that.
Michael is definitely dead. But he managed to redeem himself, which is cool. I'm wondering if Walt has to come back in season 5.
