Did anyone else notice you can watch that demonstration video (Dharma Initiative) that the characters in the show watched? It's on the http://www.thehansofoundation.org webpage. You have to click on Active Projects, and then scroll ur mouse under the last selection. The link is hidden, it will highlight when you bring your mouse over it.
Little spoiler for tonight's ep, though I dont' know who here will be watching since the Stros will be playing. If you go to http://www.oceanicflight815.com/, there is a bar code at the bottom of the page. Click it and type "theislandiswaiting" into the box that appears and submit it. A page from tonight's script will show up and it even has some edetorial notes on it. It could be a joke though, or the notes themselves were meant as jokes.
More random geekiness. The film says they will be in the project for 540 days. 108 * 5. 108 is the sum of the numbers in the code. Is there any realtion to the number 7200 in the show? That is how many times they will have to enter the code during their stay before their replacements arrive. every 108 minutes 60 minutes * 24 hrs /day = 1440 / 108min = 13.33333333 per day * 540 days = 7199.9999 times the code is entered. He said they took turns so each enters it 3600 times in 540 days... I don't know. I'm fishing.
You think maybe the TAIL of the Train folx are on another Island or the other side of the Island? Rocket River
Sawyer is carrying this show. He is such a bad ass who keeps it real. Unlike Jack, who's been acting like a turd. "No more human pyramids." "Gun's got one bullet, she's not going to waste..." (rock zigging toward his head) "Misunderstanding is when you bring me lemonade instead of ice tea."
Yea, Sawyer's my fav character on the show by far. I'm just a big fan of sarcasm. So that Jin speaking English thing came out to suck although I thought it was some sort of dream. This ep solved some questions and actually didn't leave some people frustrated. btw, some people right now on the boards are thinking that the Randy in the chicken fast-food chain is the same Randy as Locke's boss.
The Bernard thing got to me a little. I'm a wuss. Sawyer has been my favorite character from the beginning. Anyone looking forward to the fight between Kate and Michelle Rodriguez? Rose is a good character.
The actor that plays Sawyer was robbed in Hawaii. http://apnews.myway.com//article/20051013/D8D73D6G0.html I am a fan of Hurley in the show. Last nights episode was a great one for him. With the title being "Everyone Hates Hugo", I didn't expect it to turn out like it did.
Yeah, it was great to see Rose again. She's a very strong character - kind of funny to see her interacting with Hurley. Does she remind anyone else of the Oracle from the Matrix? One thing about season two that I've noticed: there seems to be a lot less mystery and fear, and a lot more action and science. It seems like things have settled into a much more comfortable pace, which isn't necessarily a good thing. I guess it's nearly a forgone conclusion that ABC is going to blow the story by forcing the writers to extend the show to as many seasons as they can squeeze out, but I don't have to be happy about it. I wish I could force myself to boycott the show.
Anyone notice Walts picture on the milk carton with the words Missing on it in Hurleys Dream? Hurley doesn't even know he is missing yet.
look at Alvar Hanso's picture on theHansoFoundation.org & tell me if that doen't look that Locke's father. The pic has major shading but...........
you're probably correct (his father has so far been referred to as Mr. Cooper) how about this: Randy (Hurley's boss @ fast-food joint) = Randy (Locke's boss @ cardboard co.) same name, same face, same attitude
