Very sorry about all of this. The pain truly never goes away. If you mix that pain with interactions with your living fam, hobbies and time for yourself, you'll start coping.
Sorry for your loss. Talk about them. Don't get bottled up. My dad is gone since 2001 and I still have pleasant dreams with him in them. Same thing for my mom-- gone since 2006. They will never leave you.
