I thought real fans always support the team, ya know. The jerseys, the colors, the name "Houston Rockets". Should we really support players that aren't cutting it over a long period of time? I mean, I can understand how wrong and stupid it is to not support a player for a few bad games. But what about a player that hasn't been really helping the team much for years? Or a player who acts like he doesn't want to be part of the team? Like Pippen? Or a player that delibertly shows lackadasical attitude during play, like "Two Sammiches" Hamilton? Surely we shouldn't be forced to support those types of players, to be approved as a "real fan". And if you were being sarcastic, I still felt like responding to the subject
There is no problem. Why does everyone think I have a problem because I don't like Francis? Give it a break. I just don't believe he is a true PG. That's it. He did a great job of play during Game 3 and I'm happy the Rockets won. Will has a thread about Francis that has over 300 posts. There are others here who don't like his style of play. People can voice their opinions about SF, and I know I'm outspoken about it. I'm a die-hard Rockets fan and I support the team all the way. But SF is a different story. So if you don't like my opinion (and I see you guys don't), that's fine by me.
Yeah, it would really suck for you if Francis pulls the Rockets out. Imagine how you'll look when he continues to be the obvious heart and soul of this team.
Nothing would suck, topfive. Like I said, we will see how he does. It will be awesome if the Rockets will get past the Lakers in the 1st Round....but we'll have to see.
