again, check your bball knowledge. the raptors made the playoffs 2x in his 7 years there (not great, but he has sniffed the playoffs).

so are you saying joe johnson is better than bosh b/c he's been deep in the playoffs? amare was with steve nash and great suns teams for years. they even made the WCF the year amare didn't play, which spoke to the talent on that suns team.

i never said bosh was a superstar. i don't think he ever was. but he is a borderline superstar at his best.

i don't think amare has been a superstar either. he's playing like one now but any great player can have superstar stretches. superstars do it year-round and year in and year out.

and no, bosh is better than joe johnson. joe johnson is nowhere close to being a superstar.

Let's put it this way.. We all know they both need a good (1)PG to shake n' bake- make the moves for them, open them up or to help create (even in iso situations). (2)Amare would be the second option and (3)Bosh would be the third (if they were somehow put on the same team for that matter).

There it should be squashed. Now let's move back over to the good pg that Amare actually does need to succeed, kknow why? Because his game is lacking when his back is to the basket, like someone pointed out.

He has a very quick first-step (to the basket) and his midrange jumpers are key-on.. which makes the pg a valuable asset to him; which concludes to Felton's regular double-double.

Why does Amare get credit for being able to "make teammates better" now that he has Felton playing his best for about 20 games? Didn't Chris Bosh help make Jose Calderon better a few years ago when he was averaging 9 assists per game and leading the league in assist to turnover ratio?

yea you are right he probably does deserve that also but I just dont see Bosh doing what Amare is doing now on NY and actually winning..

Stat wise they are pretty close on rebounding and blocks. Scoring wise Amare just has a few more weapons. And his FG% is about 4-5% higher than Bosh. But I think the main thing that sets them apart is their attitude. Bosh has none other than wanting to be funny and popular on youtube.

    Amare > Bosh

Felton is the next Steve Nash.

    A product of Dantoni

i've always believed that. nash would still be very good/all-star without d'antoni as evident by his days with the mavs. but any player stats would be inflated under d'antoni's system, and that includes amare's.
