cancelled my home warranty (Allied Home Warranty)... it's not worth it... just a waste of money.. instead of paying them, just put your monthly fees to a piggy bank.
Do NOT have John Moore do **** to your home. They're nothing but scammers. Even Channel 2 did a story on their company.
I can attest to this. I made an appt with them through phone to do a leak check and they told me it's 199. I agreed. the following day, the guy showed up asking me to sign the agreement and the amount was jacked up to 350. I told the guy to go home. he said, ok i'll do it for 199.
