I have to get through a closing but then I'll turn my attention to breaking some knees! Just kidding. Seriously, though, what makes people think they can just run up a bill, pass bad checks,tear up the place, and then move out? Or just ignore lockout notice? The thought pattern is just foreign to me. I've got a couple of those, and then some that have past due over two years old. They apparently don't care about late fees. Why should they? They're not paying them. Hmpf.
I just want you to get in front of a jury with some pretzels and stop about midway through your remarks to say, "These pretzels are making me thirsty."
holy crap...these are all great ideas!!! i have a trial in montgomery county in a few weeks...unless of course the case settles before then...i don't know if the conroe jury crowd would "get" my humor.
On second thought, that might be too much. Just wear a man fur and insist that the judge refer to you as "Dr. Zeus."
