How about a Ruby Tuesday in Houston? I saw a commerical for it last night and the burgers look pretty good. I remember the food being pretty good at the one close to my parents' old house in Illinois.

 

I might be interested in investing in a JJ's also. I wonder if there is any reason why they're not in Houston yet?

 

There's a freaking Jimmy John's in Ithaca, NY (I passed by the place on the Commons a few weeks back during my trip)... but not a single one in Houston. East coast bias?

 

It is originally from Chicago so they are all over the midwest. My first one was at U of M in Ann Arbor and a year later, they put one on MLK in Austin.

I've actually never been to Ruby Tuesday to eat. Any good?

i have business up and running with a ROI in the first year of roughly 70%. it is a low startup cost business, that i dont feel like sharing out in the open.

I think they could too. It seems they've placed a lot of them near colleges, like the one I go to in Nashville.

Jimmy Johns is good. So is pluckers. It would be a toss up for me, but the trend lately has been to eat "healthy" fast food these days.

4. Sell it
5. Get rich quick
6. Dont get high off your own supply
