How about a Ruby Tuesday in Houston? :) I saw a commerical for it last night and the burgers look pretty good. I remember the food being pretty good at the one close to my parents' old house in Illinois.

I might be interested in investing in a JJ's also. I wonder if there is any reason why they're not in Houston yet?

There's a freaking Jimmy John's in Ithaca, NY (I passed by the place on the Commons a few weeks back during my trip)... but not a single one in Houston. East coast bias? :)

It is originally from Chicago so they are all over the midwest. My first one was at U of M in Ann Arbor and a year later, they put one on MLK in Austin.

I've actually never been to Ruby Tuesday to eat. Any good?

i have business up and running with a ROI in the first year of roughly 70%. it is a low startup cost business, that i dont feel like sharing out in the open.

it is a business that is affiliated with one of the largest financial companies in the world. It has definitive market advantage. It has a working model that is already in place with with a complete history with monitors in place to verify history.

I just did my numbers for last month, and i will be taking home 9k after all costs incurred, and with the exception of this month because of a setback, i have seen increases every month in this business. It is a time is now opportunity because of the current economic climate. People in the industry now will be the leaders of the industry tommorow.

This opportunity requires a good credit history, with three years of financial information to be provided solely to a bank of your choice.

I am very possesive of this know-how and would require a non-competition agreement before i would disclose any specific information. My goal is to somehow get 4 locations running so that i can turn this idea into a franchise. As an initial partner i would be willing to negotiate any future franchise royalties.

This is an opportunity for you to either make more money, or a substantial amount of money on the side.

For me this is an opportunity to move away from working for my money to having my money work for me.

If you would be interested please post. ill have to find a creative way to get in touch with you as i dont like wasting time with people who just like to get information. you seem genuine in looking for a new investment. If i were to put an email here id never get to the end of them. You know how funny us board guys like to be.

If you started a Jimmy Johns in Houston, I would be there everyday for lunch.

    dadakota..

I think they could too. It seems they've placed a lot of them near colleges, like the one I go to in Nashville.

I need to invest in a company. Too bad I don't graduate until next year and don't have any cash :)

Jimmy Johns is good. So is pluckers. It would be a toss up for me, but the trend lately has been to eat "healthy" fast food these days.

But if you are really serious heres what you do:

    1. Go to Colombia
    2. Get some stuff
    3. Come back to Houston
    4. Sell it
    5. Get rich quick
    6. Dont get high off your own supply
