I'm no angrier than anyone else on these boards. I just like to play it straight when all there is, is an orange perspective. The holier and mightier than though texas longhorns do take a crap just like the rest of us. Indeed, they are more high profile right now just b/c they won the championship and so are gonna get dumped on more. U don't like it, help them cover it up better or hope that they get players that aren't knuckleheads.
Sometimes I think you say these things with the intent of getting railed by people on this board. Ram Singh!!! You just called Ramonce Taylor "Ram Singh." Is that what his boys call him? You have to be kidding me.
He should have been given the boot sooner for what? The guy is only a sophomore and had no reported incidents his freshman season. He had 1 prior altercation before this one and not a single person was charged. People don't get kicked off a team for "almost" getting into a fight on 6th street, hell, both Marcus Vick and Winston Justice waived guns around and only got suspended. Aggie fans are getting more and more entertaining every season.
Did you go to A&M? If so, didn't they teach you better grammar and spelling? Hell, a high school education should teach you better than that. I didn't go to college so I have no affiliation either way and honestly couldn't care less about the A&M / Texas rivalry. I just think it is funny that you berate UT when you cannot properly structure a sentence.
Ramonce is a tricky fellow. He's a nice guy that just doesn't have his head straightened out. Pretty much common knowledge around campus that the guy is a pothead. Honestly, he probably was going to smoke all 5 pounds of the weed that he had. I wish him the best, but the guy has some thuggish qualities. No bull****, he is one of the most naturally talented individuals(regardless of sport/level...College, pros, anything) in the world. The guy doesn't work out, doesn't practice, smokes constantly, and he's still a star on the field. IM Basketball, throw the ball anywhere in a 3 foot radius of the hoop, and it's an alley-oop. He also punched a ref out after a game in an IM championship game. It's unfortunate that he's ruining his life(Does he retain his scholarship? Not that I think he'd stick around if he's not on the team...), but good riddance...I've heard conflicting reports on what happened downtown, but I know for almost a fact that he was a lot more involved than Cedric Griffin, who was in more of a wrong place, wrong time situation.
Posts like this are what keep me coming back to this board. I can't imagine how boring it would be without posters like this, bigtexx, etc...

Wow!! Do you believe Austin is the only place where there is a drug problem? Believe it or not, as much as College Station is out in the boonies, there is probably just as big as a drug problem as there is at any other major program. Yes, RT made a terrible decision and now he is going to pay for it, he's already been kicked off the team and Mack has said they won't even consider reinstating him. His name is already off the official roster on texassports.com a couple hours after the incident. If UT is gonna get bashed for a kid who was planning on selling some pot, what does that mean for a program like USC who has had a Heisman winner take a $100k and a house, an All-American OL who liked to point guns at people driving, a 5-star QB who has allegedly raped a girl, and a basketball player who was shot and killed in his car? You think we attack other schools to make us feel better? HAHA, we're just pointing out that other schools have their share of problems. It's actually UT-haters (mainly Aggies) who attack our school to make themselves feel better about the joke their athletics program has become.

Where have you been IC2000? We're already into the 8th page. Read the post I was commenting on. Saying Horn fans can only defend themselves by attacking other schools to make themselves feel better is a moronic statement because it's usually the other way around. Yes, there is a UT/A&M rivalry (even though it isn't much of one anymore), but go back look how much garbage UT-haters have talked the past year on this board. Even a thread about the $$ UT made from the RoseBowl had guys like you and bigtexxx come in and just start baseless bashing. Aggies get their share on this board too, but even you have to admit that UT takes the most crap on this board. The problem is that it is mostly Aggy fans who are the most obnoxious and they have zero room to talk.
Ignorant A&M people do not represent all Aggies. As for the rivalry, you guys do dominate in football right now. But, basketball has been a split for the last two years. I think football will pick up again soon as well.
