It wasn't an airball, but there was this classic Fisher moment:

Kobe won't learn in the playoffs. Pau and Artest will just offensive rebound all his key missed shots.

But it's games like last night that make me think it would be a 4-1 smackdown by the Lakers. Maybe even a sweep if the Blazers didn't take game 3.

I'm aware of how the Blazers play at home against LA, but I doubt there would be any scare.

Any of the top seeds would prefer the Hornets to the Blazers or Grizzlies. That is a no-brainer.

I can't believe Kobe had the nerve to jack up 18 shots last night. I know he is the superstar of the team and all but 18 shots??? Was anybody else on the team shooting???

The Clippers suck. No need to take your blame out on other teams.

    LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLL!!!

Nice chucker offense down the stretch there, Fakers. You know Kobe's teammates really want to play D when they don't even get to touch the ball on O.

    I LOVES THIS GAME!!

Well, when the guy has the kind of night where he can make six of those 18, it's really hard to hold back.

Since when is 18 a lot? That's about the average for a superstar.

It's a lot for 30 min, but not really that atypical for Kobe. Main thing was he was chucking everytime down in the last few minutes, which got him some points but did nothing as the rest of the team stopped caring and gave up points on the other end. Every play basketball with a ballhog? Yeah.. not exactly the most motivating thing.

Most overrated superstar of all time, no doubt about it.

I was just about to post the same thing. I mean damn!
I'm a fan of Kobe the player but I can also recognize there are some idiotic fanboys out there much the same way there are some idiotic haters.

Why the heck is this thread needed???

Dude, wtf did Kobe ever do to you or your girl if that's the case? This is more than Clippers envy, its gotta be deeper than that.

Let's have a Dr. Phil session right here and now. Explain please sir?

I thought he would have learned after the Jazz game but he did the same against the Warriors.

He has never learned his whole career. Even when he decides to pass, it is in a non-team oriented way-- he'll pass the ball every possession for a quarter, then shoot it every possession the next quarter. The guy is blessed to have had better teammates than anyone in history to cover his flaws, I'll give him that much.
