Or this week was the fluke and they're heading for 5-11, at best, again.

It really is feast or famine with many Cowboys fans. One week, they lose to an expansion team, and all the Cowboys' callers on the radio are calling for JJones' head,Campo's head, Coslet's head while talking about how they've waited long enough to put Chad Hutchinson in and how Quincy's a bust.

Now the hootin' and hollerin' about how this is a playoff team has already started. It will be interesting to hear the talk on the radio this week and then watching it change when the Cowboys post their next loss (which could come as early as next Sunday in Philly).

Sorry bubba, but us Cowboy fans arent exactly waiting four years to beat the Texans. Whoopity damn doo. That was last week. It is the Texans fans that despise the Cowboys and think there is already a rivalry. We were down for a weak, but we'll get over it. Most of us are already over it.

And most Cowboys fans dont claim we are "Americas Team". Its not our fault there are some idiots who still do that. As if there arent any dumb Rocket fans. Dont use a few idiots to describe all Cowboys fans.

You guys won last week so congratulations. Enjoy it, but most of dont care anymore. No excuses about the loss last week.

But we did look pretty damn good today!

However, I realize hatred for team can be blind. So most of you arent going to stop with the Crackwagon and the Cowgirl jokes. Its all good though. I can handle it.

I'm not here to make enemys I just wanted to have a friendy discussion. I posted my opinion and wanted to basically have a good post to talk about. Anyways We are all friends here, we are all Rockets fans ect.. Well the Cowboys, not girls, will shock Philly, then St. Louis cus they are playin like crap. Well the Giants rnt too good either. so well I think we will be 4-1 instead of 1-4 my friend. I wish all the luck to the Texans but i was just abit upset after them beating the Cowboys. I agree then Texans came out playing with heart, emotion, and adrenalin. Something the Cowboys did not have that day. But the 'Boys are starting to mesh and play as a team defensivly. I feel we will get the Wild Card with a 9-7 record. I think the Texans will go 4-12. But then get a Franchise running back in the draft next year. That will be a good nucleous for the future. They Boys and Texans will be great and will Represent Texas with Pride. I wish the Texans Franchise all the luck in the world cept when they play the my 'Boys :)

    Let's see...

4 division champs, 2 wild cards.

St. Louis, San Francisco, Tampa Bay, Chicago, Green Bay, Philadelphia... which of these teams will Dallas allegedly oust from the NFC playoff picture?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Cowboys will be enjoying the playoffs from home this year, just like the rest of us fans.

Well gee, you came onto a board heavily populated with Texans fans, called some Texans fans (at your alleged "college") traitors and basically ridiculed Texans fans without offering up anything that could remotely be considered to be either "friendly" or a "discussion". I wonder why people didn't take to you and your post?

I'm glad I'm not a Rockets or Cowboys fan; I'd be embarrassed to share a rooting interest in a team with you.

OMG your sarcasm is too entertaining Refman. Just because the Cowboys lost to the Texans doesnt mean the Texans dont suck, they do. Hold on to this win for the next four years because its the only thing you'll have.

I think you missed the point of his post...he readily admitted that the Texans suck. OF COURSE THEY SUCK, THEY ARE AN EXPANSION TEAM. His point was that despite the Texans sucking, they still beat the Cowboys.

And just because the Cowboys beat the Titans doesn't mean they don't suck. They do...

    The Dallas Cowboys Suck!!

You guys were lucky that the Titians didn't spank your ass in your home opener. I wouldn't start talking smack just yet.

    After week 4
    Cowboys 1-3
    Texans 2-2

    Looks pretty good to me..

..also Dave Campo gets the axe after week 6

C'mon Drew. I SAID that the Texans suck. Expansion teams usually do. But we hold scoreboard on the Cowboys. It's obvious that it gets to you.

Expansion teams are SUPPOSED to suck...what's the Cowgirls' excuse?

I have been listening to delusional Cowboys fans all of my life. Your season will go exactly like this:

Emmit Smith will lose his starting job to Troy Hambrick and blow out his ACL when he is within 200 yards of catching Walter Payton's rushing record. Career Over.

Nate Newton and countless former Cowboys will still be in jail, rehab, male prostitution and used car sales.

Jerry Jones will return for more leatherwork, er, plastic surgery after losing 41-6 to the Washington Redskins.

The Dallas Cowboys will lose a late season game to the Arizona Cardinals as Bryant Westbrook returns a Quincy Carter pass for a touchdown and miss the playoff for the fifth consecutive year.

And the Cowboys will still be the first team since 1961 to have lost to an expansion team. 19-10, beyotch.

    Scoreboard.

how about we put this "which team sucks/which team doesn't" off until more than 2 games are played? What can you truly judge after 2 games? Dallas is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, as were the Texans. But the Texans have an excuse b/c their an expansion team. Dallas really has no excuse.

But let's wait a few weeks before banishing a team to the land of suckdom.

To sum it up: The Texans are an expansion team...they SHOULD be the worst team in the NFL this season...they start 5 rookies on the offensive end of the football.

The Cowboys were picked by many to make the playoffs this year...they beat the Tennesee Titans yesterday...the Titans are a good football team.

On August 8, 2002, the Houston Texans became only the second expansion team in history to win their very first game by defeating the Dallas Cowboys 19-10. The Texans and Cowboys will not play each other for another 4 years.

There are certain games that get circled on a schedule...they have meaning beyond the season itself. Dallas vs. Houston is one of those kind of games. Texas A&M vs. Univ of Tex is another. No matter what else happens during the season, the fan base is satisfied, at least somewhat, if they beat the hated rival.

The Texans WILL NOT make the playoffs this year.

The Cowboys WILL NOT make the playoffs this year.

So let's look at their head-to-head matchup...oh, yeah...that's right...TEXANS WIN!! Try again in 4 years. We might be a little better by then, though. :)
