    Nope, this Logo sucks.

I imagine a time about 7 years ago, that some of these people were the same ones saying:

"Whats Robert Horry talking about, these new Uni's rock?"

I was all for a simplistic design. I loved the old Rockets Uni's and Logo's, but IM not one to have to keep something tried and true. I was ecstatic to hear we were going to try something new. But who, made the decision on this? Its just plain ol, bad.

For those of you who think logo's dont mean anything. Ill submit that they do. Check out the Rockets team Merch sales, and Ill assure you it matters. Who wants a flat, uninspiring, UGLY logo on their hat, T-Shirt, or Shorts? They do want to be able to lure people into wearing their Merch. Not just the die hard fans who would buy it even if it was a cartoon rocket with teeth.

Ill assure the Rockets Org this. I wouldnt wear it. Not Even on something like a hat. It just screams people asking "WTF is that?" Looks like Ill go over a decade before I could wear anything with a current Rocket Logo on it.

Just look at the bashing its taking so far. Someone have the balls to fix it now, while everyone has acknowledged how terrible it actually is

    One severly disappointed fan.

I disagree. The reason its good is because it makes PERFECT sense for merchandise, especially when it becomes synonomous with the Rockets in a year or two. Symbols, or letters, in my opinion always look hundred upon hundreds of times better than logos on merchandise. In the end, though, the popular players and teams will sell the most anyway. Have you looked at the new hat or the t-shirt from that MTV show. I think they look great.

First of all, what do you mean when you said, "Old uni and old Logo." I have no clue what "old" uni/logo you are referring to (94 unis/logo, or the clown unis/logo?)

Next, If Robert Horry said that the "Pajamas" were ugly (7 years ago) he was right! They were ugly the first time they came out (when Drexlers's son wore them on stage).

As far as the Red and White Uniforms from 94, those were boring at worst. But it seems to me that these "NEW" uniforms that are coming out are going to take the 94 unis/log and revamp them a little bit. This is what we should have done back then. We should have skipped the "clown" era.

If by revamp you mean reVAMP, then I guess I can see that.

At least it doesn't have a mouthed dildo in orbit of it. Sure, it looks like its dripping blood, but it is nowhere near as bad as the dildo logo.
