With all the white space it won't really be 50 pages. Parts are bolded showing the crime linked to the charge. It details specific dates in which boxes were moved. There are sworn statements from Trump's lawyers talking being asked to lie, move, and destroy evidence. There are statements by Trump saying he knows the documents are highly classified and that he can't declassify them. Trump's own words are asking a staffer to look at those documents. The evidence is from Trump's mouth, his staff, and his lawyers.

The thing is we are seeing procedural errors by Trump but you're also seeing them by Biden, Hillary and a host of others-to a large degree worse - - - there's a mountain of allegations sprinkled in with a bit of loose evidence that @FranchiseBlade notated , it's almost to the point of who has not taken classified documents home, I don't understand this mistake on both sides of the party tbh -the problem is we've seen allegations before such as the Russian dancing on beds with pissing on them and nonsense such as that- and in any situation, there's going to be a lot more allegations than actual evidence with verification
Biden was VP and had NO business with classified docs - at least you could say hey, the president can technically declassify documents
This is something I posted in the other thread. There is direct actual evidence and more will come out at the trial. Trump was treated the exact same as Biden and Pense by the DOJ. The only difference came after Trump's reactions and further crimes. this has zero to do with weponization of the DOJ. 1. Three people (2 Republicans and 1 Democrat) had classified documents. 2. All three were asked to return the documents by the DOJ. At this point they were all treated equally. 3. Only 2 of them returned all of the documents and cooperated. One of them returned a portion of the documents and not the others. 4. The one who didn't cooperate was given additional requests and eventually issued a subpoena. He still didn't cooperate. 5. A warrant was issued. The DOJ didn't leak or publicize the execution of the warrant. The person who had the classified documents did. 6. The one Democrat who did cooperate, returned the documents, and didn't have a search warrant needed in his case was appointed a special prosecutor to investigate the situation. 7. A special prosecutor was also appointed to the uncooperative Republican. Evidence was gathered showing that he knew the documents he had was classified. He asked his lawyers to lie about it, hide them and destroy some of them. Evidence showed that he had the documents to prove his side of arguments with members of the United States military. Evidence showed that he invited others to look at the classified material. Evidence showed that he conspired with others to hide the classified documents to avoid returning them. 8. That person was indicted. Perhaps the Democrat received the least preferential treatment since it took much less to have a special prosecutor assigned to his case. At no point was there any evidence that political bias or weponization of the DOJ played a part.
obviously. But it bolsters the perception/argument that there is "justice for thee and not for me" related Exclusive: US intelligence materials related to Ukraine, Iran and UK found in Biden’s private office, source tells CNN https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/10/poli...kraine-united-kingdom-beau-funeral/index.html
Trump has to be presumed innocent, which is unlike how Trump treated Hillary. “Lock her up”, if you recall. The evidence against Trump will be heard in a court of law. A jury of his peers will weigh the evidence from both sides and give their verdict. Only at that time, Trump will be found guilty or innocence. In particular, Trump will have his day in court. Any claims now of Trump’s guilt or innocence are premature. Having said the above, the DoJ tends to bring cases which are slam dunks, except if your name is John Durham. We can assume that Trump’s legal team will have a steep uphill battle. Finally to answer your question, all we have now is an innocent Trump and allegations.
There is no case for that. None. The only case is would be that Trump received more leniency. Trump and Biden both had documents and were asked to return. The FBI searched both of their properties and appointed special prosecutors to both. The difference comes from how the two subjects reacted to the requests from the DOJ. One cooperated, and one refused and started committing crimes in order to not give back classified documents and was inviting people without clearance to read those documents. The documents Trump had and was inviting others to read included information about foreign military and nuclear capability according to the indictment. The DOJ didn't act differently. They didn't act based on political bias.
no I get that. Because Biden is a nice guy and "cooperated," he's off the hook for a criminal felony violation of the Espionage Act. Biden's defense and justification be all like
and because Trump is an *******, defiant, and used his typical poor judgement to embark on a course of obstruction--which NOBODY is denying--DOJ elects to charge him with 37 counts punishable by a total of up to 400 years in prison in Trump's case DOJ be all like
Not an accurate description, yet cooperation is one of the reasons why Biden wasn't charged. The espionage act requires intent. Cooperating shows a lack of intent. Trump's own words asking people to hide and/or destroy documents while admitting knowing that he had classified documents to which he wasn't entitled shows intent. I get the constructed political argument put out there that there is a bias by the DOJ against Trump. However, there is zero evidence of that and evidence that they followed the same procedure and are following the rule of law.
the possession of classified documents is ONE crime, the conspiracy to destroy classified documents is a SEPARATE crime. Biden is likely guilty of crime number ONE but not crime number TWO. don't get the meaning of the term "constructed" political argument. There is simply a political argument -- one that reflects a widely-held perception that there are two standards of justice at play here: there is the standard of justice that (apparently) applies to Biden, Hillary Clinton, and others; and then there is a separate and somewhat different standard of justice that applies to Trump. That is an actual argument and a very real perception, I don't know about a "constructed" argument. if you say so. related: gestalt switch pictures: same empirical phenomena, DIFFERENT perceptions of patterns of events in nature, i.e., different perceptions of reality.
The more you post the more you expose yourself as a right wing hack. It's really fascinating watching you transform. You know exactly what you're posting is bs yet you post it anyways. It's quite remarkable
The doj issued a subpoena in 2021 for missing documents. If Trump had simply followed the original request for documents his case would exactly have been similar to that of bidens. There has *never* been a criminal prosecution for simply having documents without wrong intent. Trump got in trouble for lying on a affidavit after the doj requested the documents. He shared the documents after stating on a offical legally binding document that he didnt have such documents. You can try to twist whatever bullshit you want but the facts dont support your views Bidens case is nothing similar to that of Trumps. You know but you play stupid
