    Proverbs 13:11

Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase.

It is possible to not have anything to show for your trouble in the end?

Exodus 20:17 -Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

LOL...I've got a funny feeling that whoever did this ALLREADY had the ticket in their possession...Stealing from a church? SMH!!!

I still can't get over those figures, 43,500 weekly members? 600k in two days? $70 mill annual revenue?...WOW!!!

I'm shocked that you guys are shocked this place brings in 600k in a weekend. I honestly thought it would be more.

And they do good things with this money in the community and for those in need. From what I understand, Osteen doesn't take anything from the church.

I'm reading as 600k in cash/checks. There are a lot of people who will pay via credit card/recurring or mail in checks outside of just weekend in person donation.

I'd think they also collect a lot more around the holidays. 70mil seems low to me considering that.

I'm more interested to find out who was behind (more than the actual loss) it since insurance will pay for it and the church will even up. But stealing from a church? Pretty low.

A bank gets robbed and they're FDIC insured. Megachurch gets robbed and I would assume they're insured by higher powers.

Osteen felt like making it rain in the strip clubs and reported it as a theft.
