Nix was supposed to curl around a double screen....but Nix hesitated. Someone passed the ball to Bruno.....for a handoff.....I doubt to run initiate PnR. Silas needs to be on the court like in PeeWee football sometimes.
It's constant idiocy... idk what Silas is doing... We should be running scripted plays constantly... and constantly repeating them... we should be running set plays ad nauseam - getting them ingrained... We should run them so much that the other team expects them and is in place to play great defense... thats how our guys learn to run the plays under intense pressure... I mean, its not like we wanna win... I dont understand why we're wasting our rebuild and development opportunities on Nix, project kpj and other such nonsense...
Yes - you can see it at the start of the play. Nix doesn't move. Smith is clearly frustrated - picks up his dribble to pass, then Nix hasn't moved, so Smith gets rid of the ball so he doesn't get stuck with it. Then Bruno still can't get it to Nix I reckon I saw worse things in that particular game in terms of execution...
We definitely need a coach with championship pedigree because our guys are developing bad loser mentality habits.
