To be fair, Algore doesn't want any new pulverized coal plants built. He's ok with coal-fired IGCC plants that sequester CO2. The problem is that IGCC still isn't commercial technology (outside of a couple of small scale test facilities). Look, Algore is a lunatic who is on a mission to wreck our economy and standard of living. He is a sensationalist and a provocateur, and nothing more. No reputable scientist stands behind the extent of his hyperbole and exaggerations from his documentary. He's a demagogue and a bad one at that.
I agree. I didn't even know about this until the same morning when it was popping up on maybe 2-3 channels. And I've always been curious to know, why are so many right-wing proponents AGAINST environmental causes. I'm serious, I've always felt it's as simple an issue as 'stay in school, don't do drugs'. Why are people so against spreading a message of encouraging recycling, carpooling, etc?

i wish i saw this thread earlier cause i wanted to point out that i'm sure a lot of cool folks stream it. I didn't even know what channel Bravo was on. Also, you have to consider the date. It was 07/07/07. I was one of the few seeing if i was lucky enough to tap some of that delicious booty. Again, I fail. There were weddings and dumb things like that going on.
