LMAO. People were calling him selfish a week ago. Now he's getting burned for going to a team where he is not "THE GUY" and where we wants to win championships? Maybe its not about being better than MJ. Is it that hard to believe he just wants to win championships regardless of comparisons to MJ?

Cleveland built him up. It's their own fault.

Lebron will turn into Magic Johnson.

He will try to avg a triple double next season...I think he will do it.

Great Move for him and the NBA.

So does anyone know the mechanics behind these three contracts? How are the heat going to make it work without unloading Beasley?? And how will they have any money to sign other players?

It's going to be sweet when the Rockets beat the Heat in the finals. It will be pretty close to beating Team USA.

Did LBJ just say that the custodian helps the team win? Let's hope he never coaches...

I think its more exciting than sad because it's not a given that they win multiple championships
although they are younger than the Celts

this decision tells you how much lebron wants to win MULTIPLE championships. and why are people saying it'll be wade's team? it was. now it's lebron.

lebron will do more for miami than wade or bosh.

He signed with Miami and basically crapped on the hard work of all the NBA stars before him.

    Not the brightest bulb, certainly.

This is a very good point. The Cavs had their chances and blew it. It was actually Duncan joining Grant Hill in Orlando. When Duncan backed out, Orlando went after T-Mac.

I too feel bad for the Cleveland fans, but not for their organization. LeBron carried that team and is now a free agent. He's well within his rights to leave. Fans are always cheering and asking to trade this player or trade for that player...it works both ways. He finished his contract and he's free to leave to team that better suits his desires (wanting to win).

And it doesn't really effect the Rockets too much...it'll just make for a better Finals match up. At least it wasn't New York.

I think its a great day. How often do superstars take less than the max in order to win? Maybe this makes the NBA market teams more than they do individuals. I understand people are sick of the FA Circus but c'mon. It is a team game and the point is to win championships.
