Amen! As far as the door holding thing goes, that gets me too. What I do when someone doesn't thank me, I just slip through the door, opening it as little as possible, and kind of push it close on the person....if there's double doors, which there usually are.
Another one.... Snow in April. I guess the only good thing about that is throwing snowballs at the birds that have returned for spring.
LOL! I turned off my defensive tactics just for you! Here's mine - Inconsiderate people in movie theaters (there's a million ways to be inconsiderate at the movies) - inconsiderate people (in general) - When people say "nucular" instead of "nuclear - ebonics - bullies - thugs - people with way too much attitude - people who push down others in an attempt to elevate themselves - people (especially women, for some reason) who are condescending and think they know everything and you know nothing - when women complain about their dumb, muscular, a$$hole, messing-around, boyfriend...and say how they want to be with a guy who's considerate, and caring, and sensitive, and loyal... but they continue to flock to the crappy guys and don't give the time of day to the good guys... I hate chicks like that (and they're usually hotties, which makes it even more disgusting). - people who intentionlly lie or deceive
droxford from your post i got that you are both a racist and sexist not saying you are, thats just how it read
I am not agreeing with him in any way, shape or form, but I'm guessing it was the fact that ebonics piss you off as well as condescending women pissing you off more than condescending men.
Cuz, I was disappointed you and Max didn't get my Seinfeld reference earlier in the thread. STEP OFF!!
Sorry, I was too busy between my serious case of Uromysitisis poisoning from someone driving too slow in the parking garage and my munching on a salmon salad sandwich (you know I don't like peanut butter).
Well, lemme put this issue to rest by stating... 1) To state that I don't like ebonics doesn't make me racist. I don't like it when ANY race uses ebonics. That goes for white, black, hispanic, asian, or any racial mix. I simply don't like ebonics. 2) It doesn't bother me more when women are condescending. It bothers me equally if it's a man or a woman. But to me, it just seems to happen more often for women to be condescending to men. If that statement makes me sexist, then you can label me sexist. I don't give a damn.
