Shouldn't have started out with Rafer given the unbridled hate for him on this board. I believe Rafer is a good backup pg on a team with a legitimate starter at that position. We don't have that on this team, unless Brooks can turn it on real fast. That's why I would still start him if he's not traded. JVG had no choice but to overuse him given the other alternatives. He was being asked to do more than he was capable. On this new team with all the depth he can provide 20 or so quality minutes.

Mark my words, everybody will be screaming for Francis' or James' ass in a month if they are the primary ball handlers. They are shoot first pg's and will turn the ball over a lot. The offensive pg position should be manned primarily by Rafer and T-Mac with James and Francis playing pg on defense and sg on offense when they are in the game. Maybe Brooks will come along fast and take some of the pg minutes. If we are relying on James and Francis to suddenly become good pgs, all the optimism of this off-season will be shot in the ass.

Rafer is going to be a goner, hoping Jeff Foster is on the team, Morey will improve the team further before Nov.

Rafer will be gone, he's only effective when take 8 or less shots, start francis play james off the bench with wells, i still like battier starting at 3, he's out best perimeter defender and a good shooter, younger version of bruce bowen + post up moves

well yeah you should. nothing against you personally, but many of ur ideas are simply idiotic. So its very hard not to flame at you.

    rafer best option at point?
battier a 20mpg guy off the bench?

    go bak to ur farm.

My fiancee just woke me up. I misread the title and thought this was a recap of Adleman's thoughts of the players as of now. That first paragraph made me woozy and I must have fallen in faint. I hope others who have no doubt fallen in the hands of this thread make it out okay. I am an example that we as humans can survive even under the most harsh conditions.
