So you talked to his agent or Lin? Was there plenty of seats cause I know SXSW music was in full effect. Paramount holds more than the Vimeo and that wasn't full when I went. What did you think of Lin trying to sing poison?
http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1703807/jeremy-lin-linsanity-documentary.jhtml Gonna post this here since I already started a thread today.
It was his agent.. Roger Montgomery. I didnt realize until reading this but Roger does basketball stuff but he got another guy do to contracts and endorsements. I would say the theater was like 70% full. I went Saturday at 11:30. A friend of mine knew the UT professor and he had like 50 tickets to give out. Three of us got in for free. I would say that maybe like 20 - 30 people bought tickets because he was giving them out to a lot of his friends. I went to the bathroom so maybe I missed the poison but I didnt realize how funny he is. When he started talking about his favorite blankets.. the Lion king.. and how Garfield was his third favorite.. that was hilarious. I am a fan of him now. Both on and off the court.
well good for him, cause his agent's small time. Lotta people would've dropped him in the dust and hire a heavy hitter.
http://shanghaiist.com/2013/03/19/linsanity_documentary_premieres_in_san_francisco.php After viewing the documentary, if you’re not amazed, inspired and delighted about Lin’s story, you have no heart. I can’t say LINSANITY is the most insightful, eye opening or life changing documentary you’ll ever see, but even if you’re not a sports fan, there is a lot to like about the film itself and certainly Lin’s story.

Looks like LA is the next stop on the Linsanity train, according to the LA Times: http://www.latimes.com/entertainmen...nounces-dates-lineup-20130401,0,6807756.story Not NorCal Bay Area, but SoCal Hollywood this time. Cali gets 2 festivals for Linsanity while other states haven't even gotten one.
I already saw this movie, in Texas, last month. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=234714 also you mean they have 2 festivals WITH Linsanity. Nobody is making a film festival for one movie.
