First time poster here but just seeing what yall thought the lineup and rotation should be come Monday barring any unexpected moves (such as Patterson not being able to play)? I say we roll like this:

    Starters:

    PG-Lowry
    SG-Kmart
    SF-Bud
    PF-Scola
C-Dalembert (let him start and give him no other responsiblities than to do his best to contain D12)

    Bench:

    PG-Dragic
    SG-Lee
    SF-T Will
    PF-Pat
    C-Hill

Use Morris and Thabeet (assuming thats how the roster is filled out) if someone gets in foul trouble or for matchup purposes. I would be curious to see any team that has as quick and talented a second unit as we do. Team should be interesting regardless, as we will be tested early and often this season.

Pat is not healthy until New Year's eve and that is a stretch!

Nobody seems to be excited that we have Twin Towers again.

    Jhill and Dalembert anyone?

Haven't heard the latest on Pat, last I heard he was gonna try and give it a go Monday. I say rest him, we have the depth. Anyways, I would prefer starting Lee or TWill over Bud strictly for defenses purposes but Bud will probably start. I think Bud is best suited to come off the bench anyways, but regardless I'm pretty pumped to have him, Kmart, Lee and TWill as our wings. And then Morris if need be. That's some serious depth right there, being a little bias I think all four of them could be starting elsewhere.

Hill should start, as of now. We don't want to throw off his slowly rising confidence just yet. Dalembert and Hill will battle for start @practice soon enough, don't just throw him in there. This is a young team willing to learn, I wouldn't disrespect that.

Wrong, I believe Our MVP is Kyle Lowry. He is the play maker and floor general. More important as of yet and thus far. Terrence has still got a LOT to prove.

To the OP. That's the exact lineup I was thinking they would use come Monday. But for some reason I think they might start Hill and work Sammy in. I hope I'm wrong cause I don't want to see Hill get destroyed by Dwight Howard. JHill plays best coming off the bench anyways.

That's kind of stupid. We paid Dalembert to be our starting center to solve the problem we've had since losing Yao, which is a lack of interior presence at the center position.

Hill is also not big enough for the 5 (not a matter of height, he just lacks the bulk and strength needed).

You can't start Hill, the best you can do is let him get ~20 minutes per game backing up Scola and Dalembert.

Sammy will come off the bench for the first few games at least. He doesn't even fully know the offense or defensive schemes yet.

    Lowry
    Martin
    Bud
    Scola
    Hill

    Dragic
    Lee
    T-will/ Morris
Morris (he would be the best player to try and handle anderson)/ Adrien
    Dalmebert

    Lin Flynn Thabeet Parsons

I would love to see Sam against Dwight but since he has been lazy and out of shape, you have to punish him and let him come off the bench. Hill is probably going to get murdered but that's just something we are going to have to take.

I like the OPs line-up. They are the 10 most worthy of getting minutes ..... from what we have that is.

If T-Will and Hill step-up we will surprise a lot of teams. They are our weakest points. Huge High hopes on those two.
