http://www.nba.com/rockets/video/jeremy-lin-10092012 Says he aiming for and thinks he will be 100% by start of regular season.
Not a big deal. There is a difference between feeling great in rehab & it translating to actual scrimmages and games. You think your all ready to go and then your in actual games and you realize that you aren't quite there. This is why he has training camp and pre-season to get everything in check.
NOOOOO!!!!!! Should we be concern??? My anxiety is through the roof right now... Something needs to be done about this!!!!!
Assuming he doesnt reinjure himself, trainning camp supposed to get ppl to 100% before the season starts. And btw, isnt this lin's first trainning camp?
He specifically mentioned 100% pre-injury (after 35 real games) vs. 100% knee healthy. He was in 85% knee healthy during the last playoff games.
Do you ask that question to a Harvard graduate? I guess you can not figure it yourself. You just need a tutor?
Sounds like his knee is 100%, but his body is not. He doesn't feel his speed and strength is back to what it was before. His face looks skinnier last 2 interviews, Is he eating well at all? From his demeanor, it sounds like he can't wait for coach to decide who is in/out and so they can really start practicing plays/sets and set goals as a team. I find it odd watching their scrimmages when players knock the opposing team players down, they don't even help them up. Is that normal? I know in a normal team concept they would have.
He already said this at the start of training camp. Hopefully he gets to 100% by the time the season starts.
Rockets takes a lot of risk and invests so much in Lin who only started 25 NBA games. Like what the Knicks GM said, Rockets made the commitment to Lin that Knicks was not ready to make, although Knicks knew about his game through his performances last season there. Jeremy you need to give your all to Rocket, who really believes in you and trusts you to be the hope and leader of this team. No more 85% drama here!
Hopefully there aren't as many idiots like SAS or you following the Rockets next year, so there won't be. You know that "85%" has no medical meaning right? Not cleared by the team doctor to even play 5on5 in practice does.
