Nothing gives the opposing team more confidence than literally showing them you don't know what you're doing....
I think McFail should be fired. If you're a coach, you should have told your players how to front your man in this situation. You should have tell Jones to forget about waving his fcking r****ded arms like it's going to bother anybody but perhaps could use his body to guard someone like Lilliard who might come around. This is epic failure on coaching.
