I would argue that Lillard is already a top 5 PG in the league. His playmaking might not be as good as CP3, and his J might not be as good as curry's (although that can be argued by how well he's shot this series), but as an overall package I don't know if there is a better PG in the game. I knew he was good but this is the first time I've got to see entire games of his, the guy is ridiculously good and it's only his 2nd year. Unreal.

I don't hate Lillard. The guy is all class and has ice in his veins. He goes out there and doesn't complain even with Bev trying to hassle him.

Now Wes Matthews is a guy I hate. He always looks like he's in pain or anguished.

    Matthews is such a pita.

I wonder if anyone can make a GIF or find a clip of that view when Harden did his step-back jumper (from the left of the ft line) - Harden made the shot, but in the replays, Matthews is reacting like he was shot in the head by Harden when Harden made his step-back move.

    Did anyone else notice that?

Thankfully Harden has not been victimized by that kind of call in this series, but it's clear that either Matthews has been coached to react like he has been shot by a bazooka if Harden does his patented move, or he has just decided to behave that way on his own. Maybe it's smart, trying to bait the officials into making offensive foul calls against harden, but it's still such a bush move.

His torn meniscus wont go away Friday. I'm not concerned with excuses; on the court we are accustomed to seeing Bev make plays - steals, frustrating defenders, hitting baskets occasionally. We've seen none of that this series. If he is unable to perform, then he should sit, simple as that.

I remember EXACTLY what you're talking about. I wanted to see a replay of that also.

I want to note Batum and Matthews are getting open looks..Its not like they're hitting contested 3's all the time. Our perimeter defense breaks down so much. We've been doing it all series. We left those guys open again in crunch time during the 4th quarter, except this time they missed their shots.

I think the Rockets are playing a team that happened to be HOT at the right time. They were winning something like 9 out of 11 games heading into the Playoffs. We were just unfortunate playing a hot team...that's why they shoot the lights out. They'll cool off...just like in last night's game, there are spurt they couldn't make any shot.

Yes, especially Lilliard. I find myself jumping out my seat saying "bucket" everytime he shoots. Forgetting I'm suppose to be rooting against him... Damn that ticks me off. I'm hoping he comes back down to earth these next two games.
