That's not what I said. You are trying to pull a stupid trick by exaggerating now, once you have been called out and exposed. But yes, you are very biased.

Why do so many Muslims hate Israel and Jews so much?

Because many Muslims don't like how Israel treats its Muslim neighbors and how Israel reserves the right to do whatever it wishes in Palestinian territories. They don't like the manner in which the state of Israel came into existence.

Jew-hate, obviously prevalent and obviously wrong, is an unfortunate consequence of more legitimate political grievances against Israel.

The testimony of the Mavi Marmara that revealed the passengers had tear gas, flash bangs, and prepared to attack the IDF commandos with weapons to instigate a confrontation where men were willing to lose their lives as martyrs to force the public opinion against Israel?

Israelis intercept aid ship without bloodshed
By Edmund Sanders, Los Angeles Times
    June 5, 2010 | 7:31 a.m.

Israeli military officials said they were escorting the ship to the Israeli port of Ashdod, where the humanitarian supplies were to be inspected and delivered to Gaza. Activists on board will be detained and deported, officials said.

    ------------

One criticized the actions of the Mavi Marmara activists, who fought off Israeli soldiers for several minutes, throwing one commando off a deck.

"That is not part of the game," former U.N. Assistant Secretary-General Denis Halliday told Al Jazeera on Friday from the Rachel Corrie. "The Turkish peace [activists] broke the rules. If you do that, you lose control, and you get panic and chaos and death. We are not going to do that."

    ------------

In Washington, however, Turkey's ambassador to the United States, Namik Tan, said at a news conference that to avert a formal split, Israel needed to formally apologize, lift the embargo on Gaza and accept an international investigation into the raid on the Turkish-flagged ship.

A senior Israeli official said Israel would do none of it.

"Israel is not going to apologize for this … for defending ourselves," said the official, who declined to be identified.

Good news for those seeking a non-violent soloution. As we can see from the killing of the non-violent protestors on the ship Israel will react with violence to non-violence. However, an internation boycott will suceed as with South Africa.

    Norwegians ready to boycott Israel

OSLO (AFP) - More than 40 percent of Norwegians are already boycotting Israeli products or are in favour of doing so, according to a poll published Wednesday, two days after Israel's deadly raid on a Gaza-bound aid flotilla.

    • Norway calls for boycott on arms to Israel
    • Henning Mankell: Will Israel drop an atomic bomb?

The survey, conducted on Tuesday by the InFact institute and published Wednesday in the Verdens Gang tabloid, showed that 9.5 percent of the Norwegians questioned were already boycotting Israeli products, while 33.5 percent said they would like to.

Only 29.4 percent of the 1,028 people polled said they were opposed to such a boycott, while 27.6 percent said they had no opinion on the issue.

Kristin Halvorsen, Norway's health minister and head of the Socialist Left party, called on Tuesday for the international community to boycott arms trade with Israel, in line with Norway's existing policy.

Norway on Monday summoned the Israeli ambassador in Oslo, condemning the raid as "unacceptable" and calling for "an immediate, independent international inquiry."

It's disgusting how poorly the Palestinians are being treated in this. They have no real allies, and they are have no real chance for prosperity.

Intercepted Aid Ship Arrives in Israeli Port

A cargo ship that was intercepted by Israeli forces as it was en route to the Gaza Strip has now entered the Israeli port of Ashdod.

The Rachel Corrie aid ship will be inspected by Israeli authorities. Israeli forces boarded the ship earlier Saturday after its crew ignored repeated warnings to divert their course.

Pro-Palestinian activists on board the ship were trying to break Israel's three-year blockade of Hamas-ruled Gaza and deliver 20 tons of aid to the region.

It the second attempt in a week by the "Free Gaza Movement" to deliver aid to Gaza. On Monday, eight Turks and an American of Turkish origin were killed after Israeli commandos boarded their ship.

The Israeli military said activists on the Rachel Corrie did not resist when troops boarded the ship.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had instructed Israeli forces not to harm the activists.

Turkey condemned Israel for Monday's deadly raid and has threatened to cut ties. Turkish media report that Ankara also is pursuing a possible criminal case against Israel in international court.

On Saturday, thousands of people gathered in Istanbul to protest against Israel for Monday's deadly raid.

United Nations human rights chief Navi Pillay said Saturday Israel's blockade may be illegal. Pillay said that under international humanitarian law, "starvation of civilians as a method of warfare" is prohibited. She also said the law prohibits imposing "collective punishment" on civilians.

    almost all generalizations are false.

Do yourself a favor and stop making them.

If you had any common sense you would see that the hate isn't towards jews, but towards Israelis, and over 80% of the world hates them due to their policies.

    You're german aren't you?

Well why are you a nazi by your phillosophy?

    props to Israel.

This is the type of solution I was calling for.

They get to inspect the ship but can do it in a peaceful manner.

Despite all this they need to get rid of Netanyahu asap. The guy is nothing but trouble. Ever since he's come into office, his policies of bloodshed and warhwak tactics have been tarnishing Israel's name.

Wish they could get sharon back though :(

Yeah, for awhile in the 90's everything was looking great, the PLO and Israel we're going to kiss and sign a peace agreement, then their PM got killed and the Likuds got control.

A jewish friend of mine told me he knows a bunch of Israelis, and their very full of life and laid back, he also said that most of them would have no probelm with a Palestinan State. My uncle, who took a business trip to Israel, has said the same thing.

Israel reminds me of the Midwest or the Arab states, you have genuine good people, but then you get those crazy radicals and clergyman proclaiming God wants to fight a holy war against a group of people.

As incredible as this may sound, Bibi is actually the moderate in that grand coalition of his. Barak is about the only guy with any credibility in his government, especially with the international community, which is why Bibi likes to send him on diplomatic missions from time to time since he is the only guy in the entire administration not viewed as a raging fanatic. Barak has really been the de facto foreign minister for Israel, with Bibi being so busy trying to keep Avi under control and under his watchful eye IN Israel

Egypt: No citizenship in Israeli unions
Case underlines deep animosity Egyptians hold toward Israelis

CAIRO - An Egyptian appeals court on Saturday upheld a ruling that orders the country's Interior Ministry to strip the citizenship from Egyptians married to Israeli women.

The case underlines the deep animosity many Egyptians still hold toward Israelis, despite a peace treaty signed between the two countries 31 years ago.

The Supreme Administrative Court's decision also scores a point for Egyptian hard-liners who have long resisted any improvement in ties with Israel since the signing of the 1979 peace treaty.

In upholding last year's lower court ruling, the appeals court said Saturday that the Interior Ministry should present each marriage case to the Cabinet on an individual basis. The Cabinet will then rule on whether to strip the Egyptian of his citizenship.

The court also said officials should take into consideration whether a man married an Israeli Arab or a Jew when making its decision to revoke citizenship.

Saturday's decision, which cannot be appealed, comes more than year after a lower court ruled that the Interior Ministry, which deals with citizenship documents, must implement the 1976 article of the citizenship law. That bill revokes citizenship of Egyptians who married Israelis who have served in the army or embrace Zionism as an ideology. The Interior Ministry appealed that ruling.

The lawyer who brought the original suit to court, Nabih el-Wahsh, celebrated Saturday's ruling, saying it "is aimed at protecting Egyptian youth and Egypt's national security."

The government has not released figures of Egyptians married to Israeli women, but some estimates put the number around 30,000.

Israeli officials said they had no comment on Saturday's ruling.

In 2005, former Grand Mufti Nasr Farid Wasel issued a religious edict, or fatwa, saying Muslim Egyptians may not marry Israeli nationals, "whether Arab, Muslim, or Christian." The possibility of a Jewish spouse was not mentioned.

Mohammed Sayyed Tantawi, the late Grand Sheik of Cairo's Al-Azhar, Sunni Islam's premier institution and oldest university, has said that while marriage between an Egyptian man and an Israeli woman is not religiously forbidden, the government has the right to strip the man of his citizenship for marrying a woman from "an enemy state."

    [/rquoter]

This seems relevant since we were talking about general animosity towards Israelis.
