    What's the point of producing offspring? Are you genetically advancing the species with your superior genes? Are achieving a type of immortality? Does your ego require the unconditional 'love' derived from total dependence?

    I can understand it in agrarian societies with little security for age but in modern societies you could invest the monies spent on children and use that for your security.

    Is life a gift to those who never exist or is non-existence, guaranteed to be at worst totally neutral, the better choice?

    You can't miss what you never knew. My non-existing bloodline might of thanked me. I ended all their karma.
